and looking great. The recent cold weather hasn’t slowed
crews down one bit, and the community is on schedule
for an April 2017 completion. The building is now fullyenclosed and is being warmed with temporary heat
allowing, crews to progress with installing drywall.

The OneTwoOne Development team continues to work toward a late-spring
ground breaking in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood. The response of the
greater community has been incredible and we continue to move forward
in the time line. Our sales manager, Julie, is in the process of collecting
subscription agreements on the reserved units and will quickly move into
customizations of homes in the coming weeks. It’s not too late to reserve your
