The Lieutenant-Governor in Council:
The undersigned has the honour to report:
THAT the male prisoners whose names appear on the schedule attached
hereto are undergoing sentence of imprisonment at Oakalla Prison Farm Common
Gaol, in the Province of British Columbia, for offences under Statutes of
Canada:
AND THAT it is deemed expedient that the prisoners be removed from
Oakalla Prison Farm Common Gaol to Snowdon Forest Camp and there be detained
pending the serving of their respective sentences:
AND TO RECOMLIND THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Prisons
and Reformatories Act the prisoners whose names appear on the schedule attached
hereto, under sentence of imprisonment as aforesaid, for the reasons aforesaid,
be removed from Oakalla Prison Farm Common Gaol to Snowdon Forest Camp and there
be detained until discharged in due course of law:
AND THAT the Warden of the last mentioned Gaol do receive the
prisoners and detain them until they are discharged in due course of law.
