FUNDRAISING
OVERVIEW:
Raise funds and awareness for your organization by selling discounted
tickets to Richmond Spiders basketball games. A portion of the proceeds
from each ticket you sell will be donated back to your organization.

Elementrary Schhol PTA Member
Option 1: Spider Athletics will create an order form and online
code for you to distribute to your supporters. Orders are sent
directly to the Spiders and tickets are sent to attendees. The
Spiders will handle all purchases and afterwards, a check will
be written to your organization for your fundraising amount.
Option 2: Your organization purchases all tickets in advance
to sell directly to your supporters. Tickets are purchased at
discounted rates from the Spiders and are sold to supporters
for agreed upon prices. Your organization handles all purchases
and has profit directly in hand.
Option 3: Your organization distributes order forms and collects
payments. After orders are recevied, your group gives the
Spiders order information and discounted rate purchase price.
You keep fundraised amount.

4. Where does my group park?
General Parking (No Permit)
General parking lots are FREE and are
indicated in ORANGE on the parking map.
Handicap Parking
Handicap Parking is located in Lot B4,
between Robins Stadium and Robins Center.
Handicap drop-off is located at the North
Entrance of the Robins Center.
Spider Club Parking Permit
Spider Club members who are also men’s
basketball season ticket holders are eligible
to receive a season parking permit. For more
information, call (804) 289-8759.
5. What type of catering do you offer?
University Catering offers a diverse range
of items from appetizers to plated dinners.
We will work with you to decide a menu. For
certain groups, we offer a list of approved
off campus vendors.
6. When should my guests arrive?
Gates open one hour prior to the scheduled
game time unless otherwise noted.
