The proposed Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of the
mall is approximately 14,000 sqm with a retail
area of 11,000 sqm and a F&B area of 3,000 sqm
with outdoor and indoor seating areas on both
ground and first floor. The retail area mentioned
here includes the cinema, supermarket and family
entertainment centre.
The Project is a retail development
located in Juraina, Sharjah within close
proximity to Sharjah University City.
The total built up area of the development
is approximately 35,716 sqm: Basement
level for parking only with an area of
approximately 14,344 sqm, ground floor
with an area of approximately 11,277
