Achievers 2016 Waikiki - Maui Extension
Qualification Period: 1 September, 2015 to 31 August, 2016.
You’ll be whisked off for 3 additional nights at a luxurious hotel in Maui, straight after Achievers 2016 at Waikiki. On this 3
night retreat, you will be engaged in sessions that will enable you to set your business goals for your path of growth towards
Diamond qualification for 2018. Registration is required to participate in this programme. Achieve one of the below mentioned
criteria to be eligible.
Qualification Criteria - you must achieve one of the following
1. If you qualified for Achievers 2015 Hong Kong and/or Achievers 2014 Bali you must qualify for Achievers 2016 Waikiki and grow
your PY2016* PGV by at least 25% compared with your PY2015** PGV.
2. If you have never qualified for an Achievers event before, you must qualify as a Platinum, qualify for Achievers 2016 Waikiki, and
achieve at least 75,000 PGV within the qualification period.
If you meet the above required growth criteria and break a new Q12 qualified leg you will receive an additional $12,000 one time
cash award.
A Q12 leg qualification can be achieved by way of volume equivalency. Generate at least 10 Silver Producer qualified months with a
minimum of 108,000 VE in total volume (including both non-qualifying and qualifying volume) from your entire in-market group during
the performance year.
* PY2016 PGV is your personal group volume achieved between 1 September, 2015 and 31 August, 2016.
**PY2015 PGV is your total PGV achieved between 1 September, 2014 and 30 June, 2015. This PGV amount will be averaged over
these 10 x months and then multiplied by 12 to represent a 12 month base.
PGV for the purpose of the Achievers 2016 Waikiki Maui Extension Programme is defined as Platinum to Platinum volume
excluding non - qualified volume from a downline Platinum. If you break either a Silver Producer, Gold Producer or a downline
Platinum during the Achievers 2016 Waikiki Maui Extension Programme qualification period, this volume will still be included
in your qualifying PGV.

will vary depending on the business activity, business structure or the application
of the Amway Growth Incentive Programme in any given year. Indicated results are
based on analysis of 2014 performance year actual earnings which are expressed
in Australian Dollars.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
All New Zealand Progressive Cash Award qualifiers will be paid in Australian Dollars (AU$) which will then be
converted to the equivalent amount in New Zealand Dollars at the time of payment. This does not apply to
standard FAA payments and Double Diamond and above Higher Award OTCAs.
2.
All 15% bonus/rebate qualifiers and above IBOs who wish to participate in the 2016 Growth Incentive
Programme will be required to register their acceptance of the terms and conditions, inclusive of the Higher
Award and Growth Incentive Programme Tracking and Review Process. Only registered incentive participants will
be processed under the Higher Award and Growth Incentive Programme Tracking and Review Process to qualify
for potential incentive payments. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the Higher
Award and Growth Incentive Programme Tracking and Review Process PY2016 Australia and New Zealand
requirements which will be distributed together with the registration to all Silver Producer and above IBOs. Any
IBO who intends to qualify for the Achievers 2016 Maui extension will be required to register for this event.
3.
Any IBO who qualifies for either an Achievers qualified month or any cash award must have a minimum of
150PPV in each qualifying month. Where an IBO achieves 150PPV for a qualifying month this requirement
EXCLUDES automatic top-up and automatic top-up reversal.
progressive payments in PY2014 or PY2015. For example, if you received $3,000 in PY2015 for qualifying for
a Gold Progressive Cash Award and you qualify for a Q6 Platinum Progressive Cash Award in PY2016 you will
receive $3,000.
15. An IBO cannot receive progressive monthly payments if there are insufficient remaining months to complete
qualification. This applies to Silver Plus, Gold, Q6 Platinum, Q9 Platinum and Q12 Founders Platinum.
16. Personal group volume for the purpose of the Platinum Plus Programme and Achievers 2016 Waikiki Maui
Extension is defined as Platinum to Platinum volume excluding non-qualified volume from a downline Platinum.
If in the event there are new multiple silver and/or gold producers and platinums further downline in one leg the
entire volume will still be counted.
17. If you are not a qualified Platinum and you break one or more downline Silver Producers within the Maui
Extension qualification period and you also qualify as a Silver Producer in the same month, the volume from the
downline Silver Producer(s) will be included in your personal group volume
18. All Platinum Plus payments will be paid on completion of the relevant higher reward qualification and review
process in early December 2016.
19. An IBO must requalify Platinum in PY2016 to receive any Platinum Plus payments.
4.
To qualify for any of the Progressive Cash Awards (PCA), an IBO must achieve the new qualification level for the
first time, and satisfy the special conditions provided for under various higher award PCAs.
20. If there is default on instalment finance of volume that contributes to any higher award qualification, AMWAY
reserves the right to withhold the qualification and award and any related cash award payment until the
debt is resolved.
5.
An IBO must be in good standing with Amway to receive Progressive Cash Awards, Platinum Plus payments,
Road To Ruby, or FAA Champion Leaders Programme payments or receive an invitation to ANY Amway Business
Seminar. At all times, the Rules of Conduct for Amway IBOs (Rules of Conduct) must be complied with.
21. To protect the line of sponsorship AMWAY has instituted procedures, so far as practicable, to issue finance
terms only to IBOs with the appropriate credit history, however, bonus/rebate qualifiers acknowledge that
instalment debt management is a joint responsibility between the leadership and AMWAY.
6.
If an IBO qualifies for multiple payments from the Progressive Cash Awards and Platinum Plus payments in
the same performance year, they will receive only the higher value incentive payment. This excludes Road
To Ruby payments and Champion Leaders FAA Enhancement payments.
7.
All monthly progressive cash awards and Road to Ruby cash awards will be paid on completion of the relevant
higher reward qualification and review process (usually within eight weeks after the actual qualification month
has been finalised). For example, if you qualify for a Progressive Cash Award payment in September 2015
you will be paid end November 2015. All top up payments will be paid with the annual bonus/rebates in
December 2016.
22. In the event that an audit of a qualification month indicates noncompliance with the Rules of Conduct or Higher
Award tracking requirements Amway will take steps to recover Progressive Cash Award payments and Platinum
Plus cash award payments. If there is a return of products exceeding 400PV (200PV in New Zealand) by a
qualifier or an IBO through line from a qualifier the PV will be reworked back to the month of purchase and
any progressive cash award or Platinum Plus payments paid in relation to that product will be recoverable by
Amway.
8.
To qualify for the Silver Plus, Gold, Q6 and Q9 Platinum or Q12 Founders Platinum PCA, all qualifying months
must be within the Amway Performance Year.
9.
To qualify for the New Sapphire PCA, the qualifier must be a new qualifier in the Amway Performance Year with
both qualifying legs being in-market legs and all qualifying months must be within the Amway Performance Year.
10. To qualify for the New Emerald PCA, all qualifying months must be within the Amway Performance Year. Amway
only pays on in market qualified legs. Pro rata rates apply where there are overseas qualified legs.
11. To qualify for the New Diamond PCA, an IBO must, at a minimum, be an Emerald Bonus/ Rebate Recipient. All
qualifying months must be within the Amway Performance Year. Amway only pays on in market qualified legs.

12. To be eligible for a top up payment for the New Emerald or the New Diamond Progressive Cash Award your
volume must be a minimum of 5% greater than the previous year (Platinum to Platinum)
13. If you qualify for the New Emerald or Diamond PCA in PY2016 and then New Founders Emerald or Diamond
PCA in PY2017 you will only receive a payment which a qualifier would normally receive for requalification,
all new qualifying legs must be in-market legs and all qualifying months must be within the Amway
Performance Year.
14. A qualifier cannot receive Progressive Cash Award payments in PY2016 which they received in PY2015 or
PY2014. The starting point for progressive payments in PY2016 will be where a qualifier finished collecting
23. To participate in the PY2016 Growth Incentive Programme, all IBOs must comply with the Rules of Conduct, in
particular, Australian Rules Rule 4.1 (Responsibilities of a Sponsor), Rule 4.12 (Responsibility for Reputation),
Rule 3.9.29 (AMWAY Sales and Marketing Plan... manipulation through depth sponsoring) and Rule 3.19 (be
engaged only in the Amway business and no other direct selling/MLM business).
24. All IBOs must be in good standing with Amway to receive an invitation to ANY business seminar as a part of the
PY2016 Growth Incentive Programme.
25. Travel and accommodation will not be provided for the Silver and Gold Producer Seminars or Surfs Up events.
26. The Silver and Gold Producer Seminar, New Platinum Seminar, Surf’s Up and Achievers events are all classified
as invitational events. Thus, if an IBO receives an invitation and chooses for whatever reason not to attend any
of these events they will not be reimbursed with any of the costs associated with that particular event.
27. All IBOs are responsible for their own visas upon departing and/or returning into Australia or New Zealand for
any Achievers event which is held overseas. If for any reason an IBO is refused re-entry back into Australia or
New Zealand owing to a visa issue the IBO(s) will be liable for ALL associated accommodation and travel costs
incurred for any additional time which they are required to spend in the country where the event is located.
28. Children are not invited to ANY Amway Business Seminar event unless they are registered on
the IBO ship.
29. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
AMWAY DEFINITIONS
ACHIEVERS: The annual invitational business seminar for high performing IBOs.
DIAMOND PIN: Awarded to Platinum’s who have developed six personally, foster or internationally sponsored groups each of which has attained the maximum performance bonus/rebate level for a minimum of six months of the
Amway Performance Year. Qualifiers must also be Emerald Bonus/Rebate Recipients in the same year.
EMERALD BONUS / REBATE RECIPIENT( EBR/ERR ): An IBO will have personally or foster sponsored three or more in-market 21%groups, each of which have qualified at the maximum performance bonus level in at least six
months of the Amway Performance Year.
FOUNDERS PLATINUM PIN: Awarded to Platinum IBOs who have maintained the Silver Producer level for each of the 12 months in a Performance Year, or who have qualified by way of Volume Equivalency (VE).
PCA: Progressive Cash Award.
PGV: Personal Group Volume (PGV): Any volume outside of an IBO’s entire existing qualified leg(s).
PLATINUM PIN: Awarded to IBOs who have achieved six qualifying months (three of which must be consecutive) at the Silver Producer level in a rolling 12 calendar month period. Requalification at Platinum is any six months at the
Silver Producer level within the same fiscal year.
PPV: Any Volume which is purchased by an IBO for personal use, or for sale to customers.
PY 2014: Performance Year that runs from 1 September 2013 through to 31 August 2014.
PY2015: Performance Year that runs from 1 September 2014 through to 31 August 2015.
P Y 2016: Performance Year that runs from1 September 2015 through to 31 August 2016.
P Y 2017: Performance Year that runs from 1 September 2016 through to 31 August 2017.
P Y 2018: Performance year that runs from1 September 2017 through to 31 August 2018
Q6 PLATINUM: Awarded to IBOs who have achieved six qualifying months at the Silver Producer level within the same Amway Performance Year. Three months must be consecutive.
QUALIFYING LEG: A personal or foster sponsored leg that has qualified at the maximum performance bonus level of 21% for a minimum of six months within the same Amway Performance Year.

SAPPHIRE PIN: Awarded to Platinum’s who have developed any two legs which have attained the maximum performance bonus/ rebate level with 15% side volume 3250PGV, in the same six months of the Performance Year.
SILVER PRODUCER: A month in which you have 7500PGV or 3250PGV and have one qualified leg. Where you have two or more qualified legs, no PGV is required.
GOLD PRODUCER: An IBO who achieves three qualifying Silver Producer months within a rolling twelve month period.
VOLUME EQUIVALENCY (VE): Achieved by generating at least 10 Silver Producer Qualified months in the Performance Year along with 108,000VE, which equates to 120% of the annual Founders Platinum volume. Volume
Equivalency includes both non-qualifying and qualifying volume from your entire in-market Group during the Amway Performance Year.
