• e-Sign Turkey constitutes legal base of the e-Transformation process in accordance
with law no 5070.
• EFKS This is e-Invoice trial, which has started with 6 companies and will end in 2015.

• e-Invoice This is the most active e-Transformation solution by a decree issued come
into commercial life in 2010 of March 5, and which has been usage of more than

• e-Ledger Go life as of 2013 ,and that prevents wasting of ten millions pages of
paper, hundreds of millions pages of paper recovery will be provided by moving
more than 19000 tax payers Ledger and Journel Ledger to electronic platform.
• e-Archive The obligations of the companies which are in the scope of EFKS as of
2015 and that bill millions pages of of doing e-archieve solution and registiring the
second copies of invoice will remove as of 2015. They can sent their invoices to
customers on electronic platform. There will be no wasting millions of papers every
month.
• e-Record Keeping All Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Sales, Export, Import
producing reports storage solution close monitoring and audit taxpayers by TRA (
GIB ) and VDK ( TAC ).
• e-Payment This is the system notification published in 27 June 2014, authorized
electronic payment institutions and electronic money institutions of the commercial
life. As a result of authorization their activities route via electronic money services
