3.Guidelines for Applying to Sponsor
When the academic meeting is held, we would hope to be able to cover all expenses through the use of fund
we gather from participants as registration fees; however, we anticipate that we will not be able to
necessarily cover all the expenses through this manner alone. This is an extremely difficult request to make,
but I humbly ask that you provide us with support and be understanding of the goals we are trying to
achieve above. I humbly ask for your cooperation going forward. We have set 4 different types of sponsorship
(distinctions) for the 10th IFED: Diamond Sponsor, Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, Basic Sponsor.
If you are having a difficult time figuring out which sponsorship category you would be applicable
(appropriate) for you can ask us any questions about your concerns. Please direct any inquires to our sales
office.

① US $1.00 = JP yen 110.00。
② Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsorships may also be applicable for the 28th JAED which will be held
on 9/17.
③ The fees for consecutive interpretation will be covered by the host ONLY for speeches done on the main
stage.
