5. Where in any proseoution a person is oharged with
infringement of this
Order.and it is neoessary for the proseoution to rove that any flour sold
by such person did not ooraply as re speots its i. edients with the provisions
of the Sohedule to this Order, it shall be a d ence for him to prove that
when he purchased the ;flour he did so in.·theona fide .be~ef that it
oomplied in ~very re spe.ot; with the provision . of this Orde'r and t;llat he had
no reason to believe at the .t:iJDe .of' the. o.omr . 5sion of the alleged offence
that it did 'not so oomply.
