1. Primary Storage devices: It is known as the main memory of the computer
system where data and instructions are stored and is also known as Internal
Memory. It is present on the motherboard and is further divided into two
parts:
RAM – Random Access Memory
ROM – Read Only Memory

Secondary Storage device: It is a storage medium that holds information for
future retrival. The secondary storage is typically slower and is of higher capacity
than primary storage. It is accessed much faster than secondary storage because
of the price and size limitations. Secondary storage is used with today’s computers
majorly to store all your programs and your personal data. Examples of secondary
memory are:
Hard Disk, USB Flash Drive, CD / DVD, Memory Card, Blu Ray
2. To create a new folder, follow the given steps:
Step 1: I n the left pane of the Windows Explorer Screen, select the default
folder in which you want to create a new folder.
Step 2: F
rom the top bar select the New folder option. A new folder will be
created.
3. Folder is a place where user stores information in the form of documents, programs, files, etc., when a folder is pasted inside another folder
it is known as a subfolder.
