ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Nathan Gale — Junior
Nathan is a hard working young man
who brings a smile everyday to
practice. With his positive attitude
and warm heart, he keeps his teammates upbeat. This past Tuesday
Nathan Gale got in his first varsity
game and scoring his first 2pts
sending the crowd, both Bullard's &
Hoover's, into a frenzy.
Anthony Bailey
Class of 1998
While at Hoover, Anthony participated in Football, Basketball, and Track (shotput/
discus). After graduation Anthony went on to study and play football at Chabot Junior
college in Hayward where he received a full ried scholarship to Eastern Michigan University. He then began his career in tv news. He currently is a report for CBS47/
KSEE24 covering a wide range of topics from current events to politics and breaking
news. In addition he also delivers forecast for the central valley cities from Merced
down to Tulare. You can read Anthony Bailey’s bio here.
When asked what his favorite memory of Hoover is? My 2 greatest memories from
Hoover were winning the NYL title in Football and winning the league championship
in track and field.
