Day 1, Rome: Benvenuti! Upon arrival, in Rome Fiumicino Airport, there will be a private transfer to the hotel Gioberti, or similar. The
remaining of the day and dinner are at your own leisure.
Day 2, Rome: After an American buffet breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy a three hour trip discovering Rome (walking tour, in English
only). You will be picked up at your hotel at 9:00 AM. The tour will start from Largo Argentina and continue to Campo de Fiori, Piazza
Farnese, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and finally Spanish steps. The remaining of the day including dinner will be at your
own leisure. (B)
Day 3, Rome - Naples - Pompeii - Sorrento: The start of the day will be an American buffet breakfast, and then you will be picked up
at 7:00 am at the hotel and depart from Rome to Naples by coach with a multilingual tour leader. Upon arrival in Naples, our local tour
guide will take you for a walking tour of the historical centre to admire Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, the Gallery of Umberto I,
and the San Carlo Opera House. Then from Naples to Pompeii, and enjoy a short visit of the coral and cameo factory. You will have
lunch in a typical restaurant, followed by a visit of the excavations of this ancient Roman city which was destroyed by the eruption of
Mount Vesuvio in 79 B.C. and buried under 4 to 6 meters of ash and stones. Then proceed to Sorrento, a charming town of the
Sorrentine Peninsula famous for the cultivation of Oranges, Lemons and Olives trees. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel Vesuvio

Day 4, Sorrento - Capri - Sorrento: After another American buffet breakfast at your hotel, you will depart at 8:00 AM to the Island of
Capri. You will board the ferry and arrive in Marina Grande. Once on the island you will visit, the Blue Grotto (weather permitting), the
Augustus Gardens and stop at the famous Piazzetta. A Minibus will take you up to Anacapri. After lunch in Anacapri, you will return to
Marina Grande where you will board the ferry for your transfer back to Sorrento. Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel. (BLD)
Day 5, Sorrento - Rome: American buffet breakfast and the rest of the day will be at your leisure to explore the popular and attractive
town of Sorrento. You may also visit on your own the other famous villages of the peninsula, like Positano, Ravello or Amalfi. At 3:30
PM, you will meet in the hotel lobby with your tour leader, and then board the motor coach and return to Rome. The arrival time is
expected to be around 9:00 PM. Overnight stay will be in Rome at the Gioberti Hotel, or similar. This evening have your concierge
suggest a local restaurant for dinner. (B)
Day 6, Rome: Arrivederci! Buffet Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to Rome Airport. End of services.
