06/12/2009 Modification request received.
09/17/2009 Approved Environmental Health Inspection Report received with an “A”
rating.
09/18/2009 Inspection completed on-site.
IV.
Description of Findings and Conclusions
Classroom#1 has 1478 square feet of useable floor space. There is adequate space
for the requested amount of 18 additional children.

Recommendation
I recommend that the HHS Leland Center’s capacity be increased from 85 to 103.
