Fun at Work
Organizations, at their best, are fun places to work. People enjoy
each other and their work. They take their work and their
customers seriously and themselves lightly. The work
environment is charted with positive interaction and good
humor. Sometimes these interactions are hilarious and
endearing. A good laugh can break tension, make refocusing
easy and offer new perspectives. High-quality work can have a
playful feature in which creativity and productivity flow. Levity
and seriousness blend in a beautiful dance.

BIRTH, IF A MOTHER
COULD ASK A FAIRY
GODMOTHER TO
ENDOW IT WITH THE
MOST USEFUL GIFT,
THAT GIFT WOULD BE
CURIOSITY.”
