Description:
The Research Scientist, Bioanalytics will join an experienced in-house team in the discovery and
development of fully-human therapeutic antibody drugs for innovative cancer immunotherapies.
The candidate will actively participate in scientific discussions and contribute to experimental designs related
to his/her own scientific projects. He/she will perform hands-on bench work including, but not limited to,
protein production, purification and characterization, bioassay development, phage library screening and hit
characterization, and lead candidate optimization. He/she will develop multidisciplinary knowledge and
expertise in translating the latest biomedical discoveries in breakthrough cancer immunotherapies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of cancer immunology combined with strong analytical
skills and extensive experience with FPLC, HPLC/UHPLC, SEC, LC-MS, affinity purification, gel filtration, SPR,
FACS, ELISA, and ELISPOT. He/she is a hard-working and motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
Candidates with demonstrated ability to lead both functional and project teams within a fast-paced and
entrepreneurial environment as evidenced by a solid record of achieving high efficiency, productivity, and
team synergy will be considered as Senior Scientist.
Requirements
Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemical biology, molecular biology, or related field with post-doctoral or
industrial experiences. Previous experience with mass spectrometry/proteomics is highly preferred.
Proven track record of success in scientific creativity and independent thinking, including a strong
publication/patent record.
Excellent communication skills, including written reports/scientific publications, and presentations to
the senior management team and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
