CAMP BERNIE
Trip 1: Sept. 30 – Oct. 1 (Misko, Landrove/Neri, Sileski/Cherence, Nuesa)
Trip 2: Oct. 5 – Oct. 6 (Stone, Hunter, Banos, Blair)
A packet of information regarding placements and packing info will be handed
to students a week prior to the trip
Day 1 Procedure:
-Drop-off is from 8:20 am until 8:55 am (Bus riders should not take the bus that
morning)
-Non-chaperones must leave at 8:55 am
-Students who are sick that morning/late must call school to inform us
-Students not going to Camp Bernie must attend school
-Students who miss bus to Camp Bernie or sick will not attend the trip
Day 2 Procedure:
-Arrival back to JMI is scheduled for 1:30-2:00 pm
-Lunch will be provided by Chartwells upon the students’ arrival back at JMI.
-Students must be picked up by parent prior to 3:00 pm. IF YOU CANNOT
ATTEND IN PERSON, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND NOTIFY US.

Bus Riders are dismissed from the MultiPurpose Room.

If you are not outside to pick up your child,
you must sign him/her out in the office.

permanent marker. Lost and Found items
can be looked through in the bins in the
MPR during lunchtime. The bins will be
