At LoopUp we’re all about making everyday conferencing better! Just as our product strives for a simpler, clearer
user experience, so too our pricing strives to be simpler and clearer. We’ve come across too many industry bills
that include hidden charges or that are impossible to decipher.
Our Pay-As-You-Go pricing is our way of saying we stand behind our product. We're confident that once you've
tried LoopUp, you'll never look back. Just paying for what you use seems very reasonable to us.

Conference Charges Explained
Audio charge per participant = Bridging Rate + Access Rate
Bridging Rate
The Bridging Rate is the headline per-minute, per-participant charge for using the LoopUp product. It’s always the
same rate, no matter how a participant joins the call.
Access Rate
The Access Rate varies depending on which country the participant is in and how they choose to join the call.
Dial-in:
The participant can ‘dial in’ to LoopUp’s local or freephone numbers; or
Dial-out: The participant can use the LoopUp apps to ‘dial out’ to either their landline or mobile phone.
Note: In certain countries we have to pass
on a ‘mobile surcharge ‘ when dialing a
freephone number from a mobile phone
