All the costs for travelling, hotel accommodations, transport from and to the airport and
meals are the responsibilities of the National Federations or individual athletes.
The International Plaza Hotel, a Pinnacle award winning hotel, is located minutes
from the airport and twenty minutes from downtown Toronto. There are three
distinct conference centers which can accommodate small executive meetings for
up to 10, to large conventions and trade shows for up to 3,150 people. Choose from
433 beautifully decorated guestrooms, suites and whirlpool suites with all the
amenities you would expect. Bountiful buffets and menu selections, casual and
elegant dining is available at any one of three restaurants. Leisure time can be spent
in the lobby lounge, one of two bars or in the state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Families will enjoy the indoor water park, complete with two giant waterslides,
pool, splash pad, game room, sauna and giant hot tub.

OFFICIAL AIRPORT
The Toronto Pearson International Airport is the primary air passenger and air cargo
facility in the province of Ontario. It is a hub facility for Canada.
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT
Please note that the FREE shuttle pick-up will be at Terminal 1 first followed by
Terminal 3 with an approximate 5-minute difference on 40 minute intervals. PLEASE
CALL THE HOTEL AFTER OBTAINING LUGGAGE TO INFORM US THAT YOU
ARE READY TO BE PICKED UP. It is important to know which Terminal you are at.
If you are at Terminal 1: Go to the lower (ground) level of Arrivals, exit to gate S and
look for post/pillar “S5” outside. This is the shuttle pick-up point. If you are at Terminal
3: Exit the terminal and look for post/pillar “C22”.
Taxis are also available at arrivals approximately CAD 10.00 dollars.
CURRENCY
The national currency is the Canadian dollar (CAD). All major credit cards
are widely accepted at most major hotels, department stores and restaurants.
COMPETITOR ELIGIBILITY
The event is open to all IFBB-affiliated National Federations from North America.
Competitors must be current members of their IFBB-affiliated National Federation
at the time of competition to be eligible.
For the USA, all competitors must be nationally qualified to compete and are
current NPC members.
For Canada, top 15 from the current year at the Canadian Nationals and
Canadian world qualifier and the top 5 from the above events in 2016 are
qualified, All Canadian competitors must provide a current Provincial
Association membership, along with their qualification.

Members of the Mexican Federation are eligible to compete upon approval of
the Mexican Federation (FMFF).
All athletes must produce their IFBB International Card (passport) at the
registration. Any athlete who has not yet purchased the IFBB International
Card (passport) must buy one at registration. IFBB International Cards are
EUR €30 (CAD $45, USD $35) per year and are mandatory. All payments done
at registration is cash only.
All competitors will need to have their current membership in hand at
registration – current NPC membership for the USA, current provincial
membership for Canada and current FMFF membership for Mexico.
OFFICIAL ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Official athlete registration (weigh-in, measurements) will take place on Friday
(October 20th) from 1:00 pm till 7:00 pm at the International Plaza Hotel and
is mandatory for all competitors. Athletes not registered before 7:00 pm on
Friday, October 20th, will not be allowed to compete.
Registration fee for is USD $200 per athlete, which will be collected at the time
of registration. Any registration after the final closing date will be USD $300.
Registration fee for the second category is USD $50 per athlete.
All posing music must be on an audio CD only. The posing music must also be
at the start of the CD. Each competitor must affix his/her name on the CD for
easy identification. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly
prohibited in the posing music.

JUDGES
Each of the participating National Federations may nominate IFBB
International Judges. All National Federations are reminded that their
nominations of judges for the competition must be also included in the Final
Entry Forms, failing which the individual will not be allowed to judge. All IFBB
International Judges must be in possession of a valid IFBB Judge’s Card. For

VISAS/PASSPORTS
A valid passport is required to enter Canada. The passport should be valid for
at least 6 months following your departure date from Canada.
TANNING
The IFBB has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official will check the
tan of all athletes backstage and if the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete
will be told to remove the tan before going on stage. ABSOLUTE TOUCH is the
official hair make up and spray tan provider for this contest. You can contact
