HIT & RUN Baseball & Softball Camp
Grades: 3-8
Instructor: National Academy of Athletics Staff
The HIT & RUN Baseball/Softball camps offered by the National
Academy of Athletics offer beginner to intermediate players
the opportunity to build a solid foundation in both Baseball
and Softball. Individual instruction is given in both sports by
college level players. Campers love this camp because each
day is filled with fundamental skill progression drills, easy to
understand instruction, as well as games and competition. Boys
and Girls receive positive reinforcement throughout the day to
help build their confidence. This is a great place to develop
players’ individual skills in a fun and positive environment. Staff
uses positive reinforcement to help motivate the campers. If you
like baseball or softball you will love these camps! FEATURES:

Basketball
Girls’ Basketball Leagues
Grades: 3-8
Leagues: Separate basketball leagues will be offered for 3rd,
4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade girls. If we do not have enough
sign-ups, we will need to combine leagues. Registration begins
on Monday, October 3 and continues through Thursday,
November 3. Registration will continue until Friday, November
11 if spaces are still available.
Practices and games held after school and evenings, between
3:30 - 9PM, Mon.-Fri., and weekends between 9AM and 7PM.
Game and practice times are dependent on our volunteer
coaches’ scheduleS and gym availability. Teams are formed by
PRCS Staff after assessment day. NO REQUESTS.
Coaches are needed: The success of this program is dependent

Games begin in early January and will run through midMarch. Each player is required to wear a reversible red and

NBBA K-2nd Basketball League

Academy
The K-2 league is designed for boys and girls in kindergarten
through second grade looking to learn the basics and
fundamentals of basketball. The league is set up as a twopart instructional and recreational league.
Part 1: 45-minute practices that focus on the fundamentals
of ballhandling, shooting and offensive footwork
Part 2: 45-minute games immediately after practice
There will be a max of 8 teams per division with each
team having a maximum of 10 kids and minimum of 7.
Teams will be formed and coached by the NBBA coaching
staff. Every player is required to wear a reversible NBBA
jersey. Returning players need to bring their jerseys and
new players will receive a jersey on the first day. Space
is limited to 80 players per division and program runs
for 7 weeks.

NBBA Shooting Academy
Grades 3-8
This eight-week program is designed to emphasize proper
technique for shooting form, body position, balance and
footwork at each session. Additionally, each week will
focus on the following areas:
• Week 1: Intro to Shooting Form and Footwork
• Week 2: Spot-up and Movement without the Ball Shooting
• Week 3: Off the Dribble Shooting
• Week 4: Gap and Kick, Relocating Shooting
• Week 5: Shooting Off of Screens
• Weeks 6-7: Emphasize the fundamentals/skills learned
in weeks 1-5
Space is limited to 8 players per session and runs for
7 weeks.

NBBA provides quality instruction in all aspects of basketball

Skyhawks Dodgeball clinics
allows kids to participate in
friendly competition, while
gaining the skills, passion
and confidence necessary
to live a healthy and active
lifestyle. During the coed
clinic, players will spend the
first hour of the clinic learning
individual skill development,
game strategy, and rules
of the game. The final 30
minutes will be designed
to break the athletes into
teams and play matches in
a scrimmage format. Teams
will be chosen by age group and skill level on a weekly basis,
allowing your child to meet new friends and learn the values

to attend one skills combine. Teams will be formed by league

Whether you are a beginner or more advanced player, the drills
taught at this camp will help you improve your game. Our noncontact camps are the perfect introduction to football. Emphasis
will be on proper conditioning and warm-ups, footwork drills,
agility, passing, receiving, and game strategies. Feel good
sending your kids to a football camp that’s in a fun and safe
environment with a motivating and positive coaching staff.
