What is
In-Diversity?
In-diversity is a “Leonardo da Vinci” transfer
of innovation project. The project focuses
on cultural diversity based on the origin of
people as a group and not as individuals.
The diversity is defined in terms of visible
characteristics such as language spoken,
age, clothing, physical appearance, colour
of the skin, but also attitude towards work,
family, time, leisure and technology.
This project, with the main aim of training
in
cultural
diversity
management,
will contribute to generate wealth
for companies, to the fight against
discrimination, and to the integration
of immigrants in companies and in the
European society.
