Q: Why are you called Fingerpaint?
A: We were founded with the desire to bring back the childlike wonder of
creativity to marketing. In an era of buzzwords and clichés, we wanted to
add a little flourish to the landscape by providing solutions and results with
unexpected joy.
Q: What does “independently owned” or “employee-owned” really mean?
A: Being independently owned means we don’t have to ask a parent
company for permission to do anything, from throwing a party to printing in
color (you know it’s true). Being employee-owned means that on your first
day of work, you’ll get shares of the company, plain and simple. You’re really
working for yourself when you’re working at Fingerpaint, and you wouldn’t
let yourself down, would you? Neither will your teammates.
Q: What benefits do you offer?
A: Aside from the satisfaction you’ll feel every morning when you wake up,
you’ll receive health, vision and dental benefits, a retirement plan (401k)
and a paid sabbatical after 5 years of service. You’ll be equipped to do your
