A: We were founded with the desire to bring back the childlike wonder of creativity to marketing. In an era of buzzwords and clichés, we wanted to add a little flourish to the landscape by providing solutions and results with unexpected joy. Q: What does “independently owned” or “employee-owned” really mean? A: Being independently owned means we don’t have to ask a parent company for permission to do anything, from throwing a party to printing in color (you know it’s true). Being employee-owned means that on your first day of work, you’ll get shares of the company, plain and simple.
