Thank you for considering Northbeach Pavilion Pizza Restaurant for your event.
Northbeach Pavilion Pizza Restaurant, Bar & Kiosk is located in the iconic and heritage listed
1930’s North Beach Bathers Pavilion on beautiful North Wollongong Beach. We are a
popular choice for that special celebratory event or corporate meeting or event.
Our set menus apply for groups from 10 people and above. The menus are designed for
sharing and forms part of the social spirit of communal dining as experienced on the seaside
and country villages in Italy. We can also arrange a bespoke set menu if desired.
If you have your heart set on the a la carte menu we can arrange this for group numbers up
to 20 people at a required minimum spend as per the Group Booking Form.
Our food is fresh, simple and honest. Our wine list reflects flavours of Italy, Australia and
New Zealand.
For our group bookings there are two areas that can host your event;
The Restaurant
Our restaurant is a warm and inviting setting filled with the wonderful tunes of Jazz and Bossa
Nova music. The space is versatile and can accommodate both dinner and cocktail events.

The Courtyard
Dining under the stars, our courtyard is a lovely private space for any group event. Fabulous
Jazz and Bossa Nova music fill the background. Available for exclusive or shared use for
both dinner and cocktail events. Note the courtyard does also have a canopy, heaters and
blankets for those fresher evenings in winter.

Terms & Conditions
Reservations are tentative until this form is completed, signed and returned to the Pavilion
A credit card number is required to secure the booking. The card id not charged prior to the
reservation date. You may choose to par via another method of payment after dining.
25% non refundable deposit is required to guarantee the group booking at time of
reservation.
Any no show guests on the night will be charged the full amount on the bill.
Menu choices must be confirmed 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reservation
The full amount will be charged if the booking does not show or if it is cancelled within the
last 48 hours notice.
We require confirmation of final numbers 48 hours prior to the booking, which becomes
then the minimum amount of people that will be charged on the night. When cancelling or
changing numbers please email or fax the Pavilion to guarantee the correct information is
recorded.
Children 12 years and under are at 50% of the minimum spend. There is no minimum spend
for children 5 years and under. Please note the restaurant reserves the right to ask for
identification of children’s ages if required.
The total bill is to be paid in full at the completion of your meal. Please kindly note that split
bills are not accepted.
There is a 12% surcharge on Public Holidays

Cakeage charge of $2pp is applicable when bringing your own cake.
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American express (NB, AMEX attracts a 1.3% surcharge due to
higher merchant fees)
