Urban Special Education Leadership Collaborative
The Urban Special Education Leadership Collaborative is a leadership
organization designed to support school district administrators from
urban communities who are responsible for leading educational programs
and services that benefit students with disabilities. The Collaborative
was founded in 1994 on the premise that mutual support, sharing of
information and resources, professional networking, and planning/problemsolving partnerships will strengthen each member school district’s ability to
improve outcomes for students with disabilities and other diverse learners.
