Dear Parents,
We would like to proudly introduce to you our new kitchen team. Each of the new staff members has
written a short biography to tell you about themselves. Please read the information below and share this
with your children so you know about our kitchen team, who will become familiar faces in school from
September.
Chef Manager: Mr Vaughan Archer
Hi, my name is Vaughan Archer. I am delighted to be
Chef Manager at Bedgrove Infant School. I have spent my
life working in the best hotels and restaurants including
Claridges, Intercontinental, Hyatt Carlton Tower and as
Executive Head Chef at Grosvenor House and London
Hilton Hotels on Park lane. I have been awarded a
Michelin Rosette and Times ‘Restaurant of the
Year’. I am really looking forward to preparing tasty
healthy meals in our beautiful new kitchen.
Deputy Chef Manager: Mrs Cathy Britton
Hi, my name is Cathy Britton and I am going to be your
Deputy Chef Manager. I have had many years of
experience in school catering and I am very excited to be
part of this new venture. I am a mother of three grown up
children and a grandma. I have always been passionate
about food and learning more as you never know enough. I
look forward to meeting all the children and working with
them to make meal times fun.
Assistant Chef: Mrs Carrie Titterell
Hi, my name is Carrie Titterell and I am originally from
London. I have worked in catering for the past 15 years. I
worked in the hotel industry for the first 6 years of my
career before moving to Henley on Thames to run a pub
with my husband. I am looking forward to working at
Bedgrove Infant School and joining the new kitchen team.

Kitchen Liaison Manager: Mrs Rebecca Short
Hi, my name is Becky. I live in Bedgrove and have 3
children who have all attended the Infant School. I am
very familiar with the school staff and children as I have
been working with them at lunchtimes since September
2014. I am looking forward to working with our new
kitchen team and all the children again in September.
Kitchen Assistant: Miss Grace Headley
Hi, my name is Grace. I have had just under three
years of catering experience working in
restaurants, cafes and even an American style
diner. I have always had a passion for food and
take a lot of pride in my cooking both in and out
of a working environment. I am definitely my
happiest when cooking for friends, family and
large groups of people. I am looking forward to
working in the school kitchen and all the smiles
to follow.
Kitchen Assistant: Mrs Megan Honeyball
Hi, my name is Megan Honeyball. I am a mum
of 2 young children. I enjoy cooking with my
children and take an interest in what they eat.
I love working with children and I am excited
to see them try new foods and explore all the
tastes and textures our new chef is ready to
cook. I am looking forward to the fun
adventure we are about to embark upon this
coming school year.
