Main Dish: Baked Honey Chicken Aisle 4 1/4 cup honey Aisle 15 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce Aisle 15 1/4 cup olive oil Aisle 15 1 Tbsp. paprika Aisle 15 1 tsp. garlic powder Aisle 15 1/2 tsp. pepper Frozen 4 - 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves Side Dish: Brown Rice and Broccoli Aisle 7 7 oz. instant whole grain brown rice Aisle 15 1 Tbsp. thyme Aisle 15 1/2 tsp. pepper Aisle 15 1/4 Tbsp. salt Frozen 12 oz. bag frozen broccoli Beverage and Dessert: Dairy 1 quart skim milk Produce 1-2 oranges Less than 30 minutes to dinner: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine first six ingredients. Mix well. Brush chicken with half of the mixture and place in oven safe pan lined with foil. 2. Bake chicken for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with the remaining mixture. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center (165 degrees). 3. Prepare rice according to box directions. Add thyme and pepper. Cook broccoli according to bag directions. Add salt. Combine rice and broccoli. 4. Peel orange(s). Place orange slices on each plate. 5. Serve with 1 cup of skim milk for a complete meal.
