Staff Terminal Bus Pass
Airport staff who do not have full airport ID
or an Airport Travelcard can obtain a Staff
Terminal Bus Pass.
This pass entitles the named employee to
travel from The Diamond Hanger, Endeavour
House to the Terminal. There are a number
of buses that staff can use.
To obtain the pass, staff must provide the
Airport Commuter Centre with a signed
letter by their Manager on company
headed paper stating they work for them
or a company email from their Manager
verifying the employee.
Once in receipt of either of these the
Airport Commuter Centre (ACC) will issue
the pass.
The ACC is open Mon-Fri, 9-5,
closed 12.30-13.30.

day. If you purchase online or by phone you have the
option of collecting your Airport Travelcard from the
Airport Commuter Centre the next day or we will post
it out to you but this could take 4 days to get to you.

Please remember we are not open at weekends, so online
