Starting at the pond. Walk along the track with the pond on your right pass the immediate
right hand footpath and take the right hand path where the track forks.
Continue on this pathway up a relatively steep incline – this will eventually lead you to Win
Green – the highest point in Dorset.
Follow the path back down through the valley along Ashcombe Bottom and you should
recognise this as where you started the loop back by the pond.
For well-deserved refreshment proceed right up the road to the King John Inn, where the
staff will be most happy to see you.
