Triathlon Championships
The School Individual Triathlon will take place
on Friday 10 February at Lake Crichton for boys
in Years 5 to 8, who wish to compete in this
optional event. This is for individual entry only.
There will be a team Aquathon event for all
boys in Years 4 to 8 which will be held at
Medbury on Monday 13 February. A seperate
email will be sent home with further information
regarding these events.
Fitness
Throughout the term, on Wednesday mornings
from 7.40am to 8.10am we will be offering an
optional fitness session for boys in Years 4-8.
This is a great opportunity for boys to develop
their fitness and help them reach some of their
goals for swimming sports, sport teams or just
to increase their general fitness levels. This will
commence on Wednesday 15 February and our
main focus for the first 7 weeks will be
swimming. Boys will be required to bring their
school swimming togs (boys will not be able to
get into their classrooms) and goggles. Boys
can arrive in their PE uniform, or get changed
when they arrive. It is important that the boys
have something small to eat and a drink at the
completion of the session, before school starts.

Note - Year 3 Football:
Year 3 boys wanting to play football will need
to join their local football club, as players are
involved in inter-house leagues within each
individual club, which we are unable to cater
for.
Basketball
An email will be sent home towards the end of
Term 1, inviting boys in Years 5 to 8 to register
