“SPIRIT FRIDAYS”
School spirit is crucial to providing an excellent learning environment! Great school spirit helps to improve
student commitment to education. Spirit Fridays will also provide an opportunity for all students to
participate and foster unity between the faculty and student body, and reinforce our chapel theme of “All
In”.
During the school year, we will celebrate “Spirit Fridays”. Students are encouraged to wear one of the
following:
1. Red Zone or White Zone shirt (non-altered, i.e., cut-off sleeves, cut seems).
2. Top that has an ACS themed logo in red, white, gray, or black.
3. ACS athletic jersey (must meet modesty dress code; doesn’t have to be a game day for that team).
If a student chooses to wear one of the above, then he/she will be allowed to wear loose fitting sweat
pants on Spirit Fridays. However, the following will NOT be allowed:
1. yoga pants
2. leggings
3. pajama pants or flannels
4. any writing or lettering on them
5. ALL athletic shorts.
