Red Library Doors and Silver Backdrop
Supplies:
• Silver roll plastic insulation (found at
local home improvement store)
• Construction paper
(light blue, red, and black)
• Bulletin board paper (red)
• Duct tape (silver)
• Paper cutter
• Scissors
• Stapler
• Double-sided tape
Directions:
Wall
1. Cover and affix the wall with silver roll insulation.
2. Attach black construction paper end-to-end to
create wide stripes.
3. Repeat step 2 with red construction paper.
4. Affix the black strip along the floor and the red
strip near the ceiling.
Doors
1. Cover the doors with red bulletin board paper.
2. Tape around door edges with silver duct tape.
3. Cut two window circles from light blue
construction paper and tape to door, using the
photo as reference.
4. Create “In” and ”Out” signs; attach to door
with tape.
5. Affix a small piece of silver plastic insulation
around each door handle.
