Ka Mala'ai no Ke Kanaka Ho'omakaukau Mea'Ai
We use all of the Hawaiian Islands' produce as our garden and
serve only the freshest ingredients from our Oceans, Mountains
and Valleys.
Products: Kula Country Farms, a fourth generation farm located
on the slopes of Haleakala in Kula, Maui, Hawaii, best known for
growing the most delicious island strawberries, sweet Kula
Onions, and sweek Kula Corn. Take a drive and visit our farm
stand or look for our island grown produce in your local market.

SURFING GOAT DAIRY
Location: Kula, Maui
Partner: Thomas Kafsack
Products: Created by Agricultural Artist and Horticultural Master,
Ali’i Chang, AKL’s 13.5-acre farm resides at an elevation of
roughly 4000 ft. and is home to approximately 55,000 lavender
plants and 45 different varieties of lavender. Olive trees,
hydrangea, Protea, succulents and an exceptional variety of
other plants can be found on the farm, which offers the first and
only Lavender Lifestyle experience on Maui.
Products: Surfing Goat Dairy represents one of only two goat
dairies in the state. It is located on 42 acres with almost twothirds dedicated as pasture, giving the Dairy's three bucks and
over 100 does plenty of space to roam and forage. Found on the
leeward side of the mountain, the Dairy is protected from
Hawaii's perennial trade winds, which comes as both a curse
and a blessing.

many years of experience into the cultivation of more than 25
different herbs. They take pride in supplying the people of Hawaii
