TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Application for Membership. The undersigned hereby applies for the following category of membership at Granite Links
Golf Club (the "Club") under the following Initiation Fee (aka “Membership Deposit”) and Dues payment requirements:

SPECIAL TERMS
New enrollments during the special “Love of Links” promotion
may choose to apply all or part of any earned credits to reduce
the new Member’s Initiation Fees, or be applied to the Member’s
Annual Dues, or be held on the Member’s house account for
future discretionary spending. Credit winnings could range from
$1,000-$6,000 total for Individual or Corporate Memberships, or
up to $600 for a Spouse or Young Adult Membership. Actual
amount to be confirmed following the 2014 British Open..
Note: Corporate Initiation is per Company, not per Designee Member. Up to three Designee Members may be enrolled
under this one common Corporate Initiation Fee, either all at once or as added at any future point.
Initiation Deposits for Individual and Corporate Memberships are eligible for partial to full refund upon future
resignation following a minimum three-year tenure as a Member in good standing, and in accordance with the
replacement waitlist procedure and terms of the Membership Bylaws. Members remain responsible for dues while a
resignation is pending. For purposes of eligibility, a Member’s three-year tenure will be 3 years following the date when
the total Initiation Fee has been paid in full. Resignations completed via replacements following the official three-year
anniversary up through ten will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the original Initiation Deposit. If the resignation
replacement process is completed after the 10th official good-standing anniversary year, a 100% refund will apply.
Modifications outlined in the 2009 bylaws amendment introduced a new option for a limited number of resignation list
members to be considered for a fee-based immediate resignation without refund.
INITIATION FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
If not paid in full upon enrollment, Initiation Fees may be paid over a short or long term payment plan as outlined in an
approved schedule below, commencing with not less than $7,000 down upon enrollment. (Terms longer than 12 months
will be subject to 6% annual interest (1/2 % per month.)

Dues amounts are subject to change, generally on an annual basis. Figures shown are for 2014. Future year’s Dues
amounts will be confirmed prior to the end of the previous year and will be due in January of each year, or in monthly or
other installments if offered by the club. Discounts may apply for payments in full versus installments. See Below.

Payment of Account. Payment of account is due on receipt of the monthly statement. Club accounts are due and payable
in full and must be received by the Club by the last day of each month, and no balance may be carried on the Member's
monthly Club account. A one and one-half percent (1½%) late charge will be added to all outstanding balances not paid
each month. Applicant further agrees to maintain a current credit card account with Applicant’s name on file with Club at
all times. In the event Applicant’s account is more than ten (10) days past due, Club shall have the right to bill such pastdue amounts to Applicant’s credit card. Payments on delinquent accounts apply first to reduce late charges and accrued
dues, next to food and beverage charges, then to any other charges. Dues and other Club charges are considered luxuries
under all applicable laws. Applicant agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees, investigator fees, and other costs in the
event this account is turned over for collection. If the Club account remains unpaid thirty (30) days after the date of the first
billing, the Club may suspend Applicant’s charging privileges until the delinquent amount is paid in full. Continued
delinquency for a period of sixty (60) days from the date the Club account is first billed may result in suspension of
charging and playing privileges. Any membership account that is frequently delinquent is subject to revocation. Remedies
of the Club shall be cumulative.

Acknowledgement of Membership Rights. It is understood and agreed that Applicant is assuming no liabilities
whatsoever in connection with this membership other than the payment of the sum set out above, any applicable
membership dues, charges or other amounts incurred by Applicant, Applicant’s family, and Applicant’s guests in the use of
the Club and that such membership does not confer upon Applicant any ownership, interest, or rights of any nature in the
Club property or assets, as further provided in the Membership Bylaws. Membership is a non-proprietary, non-voting
membership and permits the Member to use the Club Facilities in accordance with this Agreement, the Membership Bylaws
and any Rules and Regulations of the Club (the “Rules and Regulations”) as the same are amended from time to time.
Membership does not confer upon the Member a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Club Facilities. The
Club reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict or to otherwise reserve the Club Facilities for
maintenance, tournament play and other special events from time to time. Membership is a license to use the Club
Facilities and is subject to revocation with or without cause. Applicant understands that any use of the Club Facilities by
Applicant, Applicant’s family or Applicant’s guests is done at their own risk, and the Owner, the Operator and the Club are
not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property, as further provided in the Membership Bylaws.
Membership Bylaws/Rules and Regulations. Applicant hereby acknowledge that Applicant has received, has read, and
understands the Membership Bylaws and any Rules and Regulations applicable to this membership, which are incorporated
herein by reference. If elected to membership, Applicant hereby agrees that Applicant’s use of the Club and rights and
privileges under the membership are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as set forth therein, as may be
amended from time to time by the Owner and/or Operator. Applicant agrees to conform to and abide by said Membership
Bylaws and Rules and Regulations as each may be amended from time to time. The Owner and the Operator reserve the
right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to terminate memberships in the Club; to discontinue or modify operation of any
or all of the Club facilities, when necessary, in the Owner’s and Operator’s sole discretion to protect the viability and
economic performance of the Club; to sell or otherwise dispose of the Club facilities in any manner; and to make any other
changes to the terms and conditions of membership or use of the Club facilities.
Verification of Application. By signing this Application, Applicant authorizes the disclosure and release of information to
the Club for investigating Applicant’s qualifications for membership and credit history, and authorizes those persons or
entities listed herein to furnish information to the Club.

This Membership Agreement and Application (this “Agreement”) will not be considered complete without an acceptable
Membership Deposit payment. Membership is contingent upon approval by the Club, which approval shall be at its sole
discretion. It is agreed that if this Agreement is not accepted, the amount paid herewith shall be promptly refunded without
interest, whereupon this Agreement shall be void. The Club is owned by Quarry Hills Associates Limited Partnership (the
“Owner”). The Membership Deposit is refundable only as provided for in the Membership Bylaws for the Club (the
“Membership Bylaws”) which includes a stipulation that resigning members be relieved in list order as replaced by newly
enrolling members of the same category of membership, currently on a three-to-one basis (formerly four-to-one), or on a oneto-one basis if a membership category has been closed. Members remain responsible for Dues obligations while the
resignation is pending until fully resigned. Resignation requests may only be submitted following an initial tenure of having
been a member in good standing for three years, such years not counting until the Membership Deposit has been paid in full.
