Kevin Anderson Elected as Vice President of the ATP Player Council!
- Taking the leadership of ATP players SRIXON Headquarters (Head office: Kobe, Japan; President: Kazuo Kinameri) is pleased to
congratulate its contracted player Kevin Anderson (South Africa) on being elected Vice President of
the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) Player Council, as voted by ATP players.
The ATP Player Council consists of every player belonging to the association, with 10 council
members being elected every 4 years. Anderson has been a council member for 2 years and was
elected as Vice President this autumn when he had two more years to serve. World No. 1 Novak
Djokovic (Serbia) was elected as President of the Council. Moving forward, Anderson will take an
important role which involves considering the opinions of all the ATP players and making various
decisions.
