Uploading Test Questions from a Tab Delimited Text file

Blackboard Assessments: Uploading Test Questions from a Tab Delimited Text file (.txt) You can easily create a collection of test questions in an application outside of Blackboard such as Excel and them import them into an existing Blackboard test, survey, or question pool.
