Some may be sad the year is coming to a close while others may be excited the New Year is near. As the year ends, it is time to reflect upon all the successes achieved over the year, the obstacles that were overcome, and the hearts touched along the way. It is a time to remember our neighbors who may have moved away and rejoice our new neighbors who became part of the community. It is a time to resolve old difference and bridge new relationships. It is a time to think about next year’s goals. What can be accomplished, how can a difference be made, and what will make the community stronger and more pleasant to live in. As your neighbor, the board members are proud to dedicate our time and resources for the betterment of the community. However, we are just a few homeowners like you, limited by our own time restrictions. There is so much more we could accomplish if more members of the community came forward to donate time for the good of Stoneridge. Each of us has unique strengths that can be used to improve our community. As you ponder you own goals for next year, consider how you can contribute to the community. It has been a pleasure serving all of you over the course of the year and we look forward to achieving new heights in the coming year. Happy Holidays!! These documents contain specific restrictions and conditions concerning your home and the community. One of the most often misunderstood conditions is that the Architectural Committee must approve all alterations to the exterior of your home. This includes exterior painting, gates, windows, doors, fences, etc. In order to maintain community standards, any intended changes or modifications must be consistent with the architectural guidelines. The purpose of these guidelines is to control and protect the visual integrity of the community. Please contact Action Property Management to obtain an application prior to beginning or scheduling improvements and allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your application.
