Preliminary program:
The tour will start from the hotel with a transfer to the winery, which will take about 1
hour and 30 minutes. The Wine Complex "Bessa Valley Winery" is situated near Ognyanovo
village in southern Bulgaria. The name of the winery "Bessa Valley" means Valley of the Bessi
(Thracian tribe that inhabited this land). The winery is located at the foot of the hill above the
vineyard and has an area of 3355 m². The terroir is a perfect combination of clay and sandystony soil, mixed with carbonates. 140 ha are planted with high-quality French varieties –
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Currently is produced only red wine.
You would have the opportunity to buy some wines, which you like the most after the
tasting, or others which are on sale at present. The prices and the availability of wines could be
offered during the wine tour or in advance.
The tour ends with a transfer to the hotel.

The prices are based on current costs and conditions available at the time of offering, all
rates and availability have to be reconfirmed in the time of definitive reservations;
All requests and enquiries should be made by writing by e‐mail. MIEL will reply to all
within 48 h except during weekends and other public holidays. If the immediate
confirmation is not possible the buyer will be informed of the status.
Arrival & Departure detail timing and flight details should be sent by e‐mail or fax directly
to MIEL in order all the necessary transfers to be dully provided.
