1. Do you have any suggestions for the motor coach company?
This is only a suggestion and no offeror will be penalized for including
transportation services from another company that are comparable. This is a local
company that the District has used for transportation services in the past:
a) Atchison Transportation

2. Do the band students need chairs for their performance?
Yes, chairs and stands.
3. Will the students be bringing their instruments and require separate transportation for
them (ex. U-Haul)? Many students will bring their instruments. We are in the process of
working out the detail of the large percussion instruments. This may or may not be
negotiated with the awardee.
4. Could you please clarify the statement on page 6 under Qualifications, “Offeror must
furnish all drivers and fuel for all trips. Bids will not include driver’s hotel room or any
tolls or parking fees.”? This is a typo. Please note that this statement should read as
follows: “Offeror must furnish all drivers and fuel for all trips. Bids will include driver’s
hotel room, any tolls, and parking fees.”
