New album out now on Interscope
Madonna is back – bigger, brighter and bolder then ever – with her
electrifying new album ‘MDNA’, out now on Interscope.
The Queen of Pop reclaims her crown with this 12th studio album to
date; a collection of shiny, dancefloor anthems set to take the roof off
the summer. Co-written by Madonna, album highlights include the
glorious William Orbit produced ‘I’m A Sinner’ – which recalls the heyday
of ‘Ray of Light’ – ‘Falling Free’ – a beautiful, soaring ballad – and
pounding clubland stomper ‘Turn Up The Radio’, produced by French
electronic DJ and producer Martin Solveig.
Then there’s the poptastic punch of ‘Superstar’ – featuring Madonna’s
daughter Lourdes on backing vocals – ‘I Don’t Give A’ feat. Nicki Minaj
and first single ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’, feat. Nicki Minaj & M.I.A., which
were both produced by Martin Solveig. Renowned Italian electro house
DJ and producer Marco “Benny” Benassi added an extra sheen to
salacious rave-ups ‘I’m Addicted’ and ‘Girl Gone Wild’.
Recorded in New York and LA, ‘MDNA’ reunites Madonna with former
collaborator William Orbit, who brings far-out electronic flourishes to the
mix on ‘Some Girls’, ‘I’m A Sinner’, ‘Love Spent’ and ‘Masterpiece’; the
Golden Globe Award winning song from the Madonna directed
Weinstein Company film ‘W.E’.
Initial reviews have been nothing short of celebratory, unanimous in their
praise. There's only one queen…and that's Madonna.
Madonna takes over the world this summer for a highly anticipated run
of shows. Starting May 29th in Tel Aviv, she plays Hyde Park July 17th,
Birmingham’s NIA Stadium July 19th and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield July 21st
