Holiday of a lifetime
"We stayed at Villa Gemma as a family of 5 (2 adults, & 17, 15 & 11 year old) in the first 2 weeks of August 2014.
The villa is absolutely beautiful and added to our holiday being so special.
Close enough to amenities and attractions of Disney parks.
Everything we needed was catered for.
Booking was trouble free with good communication.
We would recommend this villa to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future.

Living/Dining area Open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors opening out to pool deck. Lounge with comfortable seating, large LCD cable TV, DVD
player , built in CD player/Radio system, ceiling fan. Dining area with extendable table to seat up to 10. Dining Table and chairs in kitchen area plus breakfast bar
with high stools. Kitchen Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob,microwave,dishwasher,fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster
and blender. Laundry area with washer, drier, iron and ironing board. Pool area South facing 26'x10' pool and spa screened by hedge providing privacy and
backing on to peaceful lake area. Pool light and patio lights allow evening use of pool and deck, with table and chairs provided for outside dining. Sun loungers
and deck chairs. Games Room Air conditioned games room has full sized pool table, air hockey and basketball game. Master Bedroom Suite Master suite with 6'
American king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio alarm and ceiling fan. patio doors allowing direct access to the pool deck. Well fitted
ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, corner bath, two vanity units and hairdryer. Door to pool deck allows bathroom to be easily accessed when using pool.
Bedrooms Further double bedroom with 5' American Queen bed, built in wardrobes, LCD TV and DVD player. Two twin bedrooms each with walk in closets .
Double sofa bed in lounge sleeps two,allowing villa to sleep 10. Family Bathroom bath with shower over, vanity unit and hairdryer. House guests have access to a
community clubhouse, offering free use of it's recreation facilities which consist of: a large swimming pool, exercise room, , tennis court, children's playground,
media room, PC with free internet access, wifi and a DVD library. Fishing lake with rods available to use.

Living area
Our fully air conditioned open plan living and dining area with high cathedral ceiling is complete with ceiling fan. We
have a sofa and chairs to relax and watch the TV with cable channels or a DVD which can be borrowed from the resort
clubhouse. Patio doors open out to the pool and sun deck. The dining table can be extended to seat up to 10 people,
or for a more informal meal our breakfast area has a table and chairs to seat four plus breakfast bar with high stools to
seat two.
Kitchen
Our fully equipped kitchen has a large oven and hob. microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer with water
dispenser and ice maker, waste disposal and plenty of cupboard space. We are well equipped with crockery, glasses,
cutlery and utensils plus pans and utensils. We have a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, kettle. Fully equipped separate
laundry area with large washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Master Bedroom
Light and spacious bedroom with American King 6 foot wide bed, all bedding provided. Two bed side tables with lamps
and clock/radio, chest of drawers .Walk in closet provides plenty of storage space. TV and DVD player in the bedroom.
Patio door gives direct access to the pool deck. Direct access to the master bathroom.
Master Bathroom
Directly accessed from the Master Bedroom, also can be accessed from the pool area without passing through the
house. Corner bath, large walk in shower, two separate vanity units with cupboard space and large mirrors lit from
above, toilet. Hairdryer provided. All towels provided with plenty of spares.
Double Bedroom
American Queen size 5 feet wide bed. Bed side tables with lamps, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobes with
plenty of hanging space. Bedding all provided. TV and DVD player in bedroom.
Family Bathroom
Bath with overhead shower, Vanity unit with cupboard space and drawers containing hairdryer. Mirror with overhead
lighting plus mirrored cabinet. Toilet. All towels provided.
Twin room 1
Twin beds with bedside table and lamp. Chest of drawers, large walk in closet . Bedding provided.
Twin room 2
Twin beds with nightstand and lamp. Large walk in closet for storage. Bedding provided.
Games Room
Our large games room has a full sized pool table, Air hockey and basket ball game.
