TODAY’S GAME: The AL East champion Orioles and AL Wild Card champion Kansas City Royals meet in
Game 1 of the best-of-seven American League Championship Series, the first playoff match-up between the
clubs…The O’s finished the regular season tied for the 2nd-best record in MLB with Washington (96-66), trailing
