It was especially interesting to watch “How Change Happens” – which is about the Montgomery Bus
Boycott – and then discuss how the five key components of Collective Impact were present! I invite all of
you to check out these videos. Perhaps they can be useful as we continue to help others learn about and
understand Collective Impact. It was a great illustration that “Leadership is an action everyone can take;
not a position few can hold”! If you’d like, I can share the discussion about “How Change Happens” at
out next meeting – if it fits with our agenda. The third link above is a written version of the Montgomery
