Just a reminder...as if you needed one!
Thanks to all of you for your patience during
this period of construction in our community.
Although construction projects can be a real
hassle, the improvements being completed
will keep the property in tip-top shape. Great
residents make a great place to live.
Grillin’ Out
It’s time to fire up the grill, but please
remember that your grill must always be
attended by an adult. Also, your grill must be
placed at least 10 feet from the building.
Douse coals thoroughly after grilling and
dispose of completely cooled coals in a
noncombustible container, such as a coffee
can. Your cooperation is necessary for
adherence to local fire ordinances.
Yard Sale Mania!
It’s here! The event we’ve all been waiting
for... the one, the only, annual yard sale of
bargains. The big event is Saturday, April
25th from 8:00am until business slows.
The tables will be filled with treasures to
discover, so make it a date to be there. Who
knows, you may come home with the
bargain of a lifetime!
Income taxes are due April 15th, so it’s time
to get going so your taxes won’t be late!

Pool Opening
Words in Words
You can sometimes make words using the letters in a
larger word. For example, from the word “tube” you
can make “be,” “bet,” “but,” and “tub.” Now onto a
harder one: how many words can you make from the
words “cell phone”? (Hint: we found 44.)
The pool area is scheduled to be open April 1st for sunbathing only. As soon as Maintence
items are completed, swimming will be allowed and we will let you know when it is safe to
jump on in! Now that it will be opening soon please take the time to review our community’s
pool policy.
