Swimming pool regulations are formulated to provide for safe enjoyment of the swimming facilities. To ensure this, these rules, as well as others posted at the pool, will be strictly enforced: 1. Absolutely no diving. 2. If you’ve been provided a key to the pool, please safeguard it, as there will be a charge for replacements. Any keys or passes provided must be returned upon vacating the community. Failure to do so will result in a charge. 3. No glass or food of any kind will be allowed in the pool area. 4. Street clothes, including jeans, will not be allowed in the pool. Diapers must be covered with either a swimsuit or plastic pants. 5. The pool is for the use of Residents and allowed Guests only. Guests, to be allowed, must be accompanied by an adult resident, and may not exceed two guests per apartment. 6. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 7. Please put all refuse in the trash containers provided. 8. In accordance with sound safety regulations, no running, pushing, splashing of water or general horseplay will be permitted. Roughhousing or horseplay, or other disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated. Those who interfere with the enjoyment of the pool by others will be asked to leave. 9. Management is not responsible for accidents. Use the swimming pool and patio at your own risk. 10. Please stay off the lifelines. This protection is required by the STATE BOARD OF HEALTH. 11.
