Introduction
The Ryde Ex Services club offers social bowling for corporate functions, parties and all types of social
gatherings. Our greens are well looked after and the club prides itself on our bowling clubs vibrant membership
and so when you book at the club you will be playing on A grade standard greens and surfaces, and at a club where
people care about the quality of your experience.
You have many options when choosing a bowling package for your group starting with how many people and what
type of bowling games you will be playing, to whether you want to incorporate your day into a team meeting,
development and training day followed by lunch and bowls competition, or finger food Platters, BBQ
and drinks teamed with social bowls where you make up the rules.
The club is ideal for corporate groups as we are a short drive from Macquarie Business Park and the
Concord business area and to make things easy we can arrange to pick your group up and drop them off at your
office when you’re done.

Personal Tuition and equipment
Bowls coordinators - The people that run your event actually play the game and can provide you with startup
tuition for newcomers and friendly helpful advice as the day goes on, help you run different competitions for a bit
of inter group rivalry or simply help you to enjoy your day a little more. If you need group personal tuition before a
competition starts to make it a little more structured and get the most from your day then we can arrange one on
one or group learner sessions at the beginning of the day.
Equipment - Use of all quality equipment is provided for your function. Unlike other hire equipment ours is good
quality and will help you to get a grip on the game a little easier. We have lawn bowls in different sizes for you to
choose from to make it easy.

Whether it’s a business to business challenge, a competition between different business units, or between
employees, we will cater to your needs. We can arrange teams or single competitions or a combination of both to

$10 per head (ideal for small groups or individuals who only bowl socially) Includes green fees, and bowls
hire
If you come three times in 2 months then you automatically become a member of the Ryde Ex Services
social bowls club for a year allowing you to bowl at the club for no cost whenever you like, you will just
need to pay bowls hire of $5.00 if you don’t have your own bowls. You must be a social member of the club
to be eligible for this offer.
Group prices
Up to 20 people $15.00 per person (extra cost for bar staff)
Over 20 people $15.00 per head (includes bar staff)
This includes bowls coordinator, green fees, and bowls hire per person
Food packages – see attached catering packages
BBQ packages from $20.50 to $27.00 per person
Finger food or cocktail and canapé options (ideal for smaller more informal occasions)
Buffet menu (ideal for informal large group bookings from $20.00 per person)
Sit down 2 and 3 course options for your more formal occasion
See attached catering functions package for options. Everything is negotiable with chef so we keep you happy.
Courtesy coach
To make it easier to get everyone here together and for a small cost we provide a 12 seat courtesy coach to pick you
up and drop you back to work. The coach hire costs $50.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
Room Hire fee
We build room hire fees into the bowls price to make it easy for you.
