Entrance into The Steel Yard
As the guests walk into The Steel Yard, they are greeted by a wonderfully interactive human LED table giving the guests
an impressive entrance. This will create a unique centre piece and the table is excellent for a meet and greet environment
where guests can grab a much desired glass of chilled prosecco! Along with the chance to add corporate branding with
our eye catching floor projections to the reception area.

The Steel Bar
The Lumiere experience will continue into the bar area where guests will notice the area decorated with 1m
impressively lit LED frosted Christmas trees to perfectly compliment the Christmas party bar area. Unlimited drink
packages will be served form 19:00h and guests will not be able to avoid the eye catching Merry Christmas logo
projected behind the bar. Strikingly colourful poseur tables and ornaments will be dispersed throughout the venue
adding to the atmospheric lighting.

The Main Hall
The party will get started with a moving dance floor where guests can dance the night away until midnight and
making full use of our state of the art lighting installed in the venue. We will throw in a jaw dropping LED
performance act included in the package to make the night unforgettable. Atmospheric seating will be provided in
the nooks of the archways, to sit and absorb the ambience of the Lumiere experience or to simply rest your feet and
have a chat.

The Mezzanine
There will be an opportunity to capture great fun moments with the stylish selfie booth situated on the mezzanine.
Whilst waiting to take your photo, chill out on our beautiful white leather chesterfield sofas and admire the elegant
string curtain mirror ball displays that create a stunning effect, with thousands of translucent strings and slowly
rotating mirror balls that reflect light leaving you mesmerised.

Lumiere additions
If we have any art lovers in the house, they will appreciate this increasingly popular Neon art work that will be
displayed throughout the venue. Be ‘Wowed’ by the striking colours and originality of these pieces.
