BM 6 high porosity mix
Well-suited for the most demanding
crops, mixes in the BM 6 series have
been formulated for water sensitive
and winter plantings. The combination
of coarse peat and horticultural
perlite encourages quick drainage
and high aeration, thus reducing
excess irrigation and providing
optimal drainage.
BM 7 bark mix
The BM 7 mixes designed for the
southern states are produced
using composted pine bark and
are offered in bulk loads from
Berger’s Sulphur Springs plant
in Texas. BM 7 mixes are ideal for
general application as well as
with perennials, shrubs, and trees.

gives you the advantages of the
presence of micro-organisms
which are beneficial to plant’s
growth. Further, it increases the
water retention, the cation
exchange capacity, and the
apparent density. The structure
of the compost also improves the
water distribution in the media.
