INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and
Development (PCAARRD) is inviting contractors to participate in small value procurement
for the landscaping of Japanese Garden including the construction of Fish Pond for the
PCAARRD DPITC with an Approved Budget Contract of PESOS FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND ONLY (P500,000.00).
Only those suppliers of known qualification, or those that have been contractors of good
standing with PCAARRD will be entertained. Together with your proposal, please submit
your certificate of PhilGEPS registration and your latest ITR to Dr. Danilo C. Cardenas
through the BAC Secretariat on or before January 18, 2016. Landscaping should be
completed on or before January 25, 2016.
