About Us
Based in Dubai, Kava Noir is a specialty coffee roaster and
a supplier of premium tea, and assorted gourmet products.
In 2011, two young coffee and tea enthusiasts (who
happen to be professional engineers too!) decided
to share their passion for a perfect cup of coffee with
people in the UAE. Voila! Kava Noir was founded with
a clear vision to be authentic, friendly, and socially
and environmentally responsible.

Great coffee is what we do. We strive to offer
our customers not only great coffee beans but
a comprehensive coffee beverage preparation
solutions and equipment. We supply a wide range
of freshly roasted coffees to our customers in the UAE
and the GCC.

in bags and fancy pyramid bags. The Company is the
owner of Kava Noir™ fine Ceylon tea brand and the

The deluxe nuts offering includes roasted nuts

chemicals such as pesticides and
artificial fertilizers are used in the
producing country of origin. Some
of our bestselling coffee and tea

This concept of environmentfriendly is in our DNA. Many of the
materials in our products are 100%
biodegradable or reusable.
As for the coffee roasting, we have
gone the extra mile in reducing
the impact to Dubai’s environment
by utilizing advanced afterburner
which filters out coffee roasting
smoke and fumes.

Espresso:
Coffee Beans

A blend devoted to the classical Italian coffee
culture. This intense espresso is made of a mixture
of 5 coffee origins and consists of 30% Robusta and
70% Arabica beans roasted in two different levels
to ensure the tasting notes of each coffee are fully
pronounced and appreciated. Whether prepared
as an Espresso, Cappuccino, or Café Latte, this
coffee retains its character and delights with its
chocolatey and nutty notes.
Espresso Kava
Who said decaffeinated espresso loses its
sophistication?! This chemical free decaf coffee is

who would like to avoid the caffeine effect. Light

Turkish coffee
We have developed a number
of high quality espresso blends,
each of which stands out with
its own distinctive aroma and
rich taste. Roasted very slowly
in small batches, these blends
assume a roast color ranging
from medium to dark.
Espresso Italiano
Espresso Decaf
Blended, roasted, and ground coffee
perfect for preparation of the Turkish
coffee. This coffee is highly customized to
customer’s preference: with cardamom
or plain, whether light, medium or dark
roast blend, and with optional spicing
up with exotic flavours such as miskah,
cinnamon, cloves and chocolate.
Arabic Coffee
A blend of Ethiopian/Yemeni and Nicaraguan
coffee beans. These coffee origins are
well recognized as the best options to
provide the spicy and floral tasting notes
associated with traditional Arabic
coffee. This lightly roasted coffee
is mixed with fine Guatemalan
cardamom.

Brazil Estate Terra - From the world’s largest coffee
producing nation, the Terra Estate produces beans

chocolate in the cup.

The rich taste found in this one makes for a very

Ethiopian Sidamo - This coffee has a gentle taste
with a fruit-like flowery flavour. A True CUP OF
EXCELLENCE!
Nicaragua - Top grade “Strictly High Grown” (SHG)
beans that have a subdued flavour, with fairly good
body.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - From the Kaffa region, this
coffee is grown at a very high altitude. It has a
mellow body with an almost floral sweetness.
Kenya AA - The “AA” tells that this is a top Kenyan
pick. The coffee has the typical east African snap,
spiciness and brightness.

liquor, pleasant, slightly brisk taste.
Bancha: After Sencha is plucked, this tea is harvested
from the same bushes. It is more astringent and less
fragrant.
Kukicha: In a complex procedure, the veins of the
tea leaves are cut out and roasted slightly yielding
a delicate tangy and fragrant flavour.
Houjicha: Pan-roasted tea with
smokey aroma and light brown
liquid. Houjicha contains relatively
