Online Customer Service
• How do I sign up for a myTNB account?
• For registration, please visit http://www.mytnb.com.my. Just click on
the “Register Now" button and follow the simple instructions to
complete your registration.
• I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
• Just click on “Forgot Password" under “Already Registered” and key
in your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your
email.
• I have received a temporary password but it has expired. What
should I do?
• Temporary passwords expires within 24 hours. After expiry, you must
request for a new password by repeating the “Forgot Password”
steps.

• How do I change my password?
• You may change your password any time you like via Account
Management. We recommend that you change your password
regularly.
• How can I update my details?
• You may change your password any time you like via Account
Management.
• I can’t login to myTNB. What are the possible reasons?
• You have entered an incorrect password or login ID.
• The password that you entered has expired. You must request for a
new password by repeating the “Forgot Password” steps.
• Your account is not in active status or the account has been
terminated.

• How can I pay?
• There are lots of ways to pay for your bill, including:
– Pay at TNB’s customer service centers, the Kedai Tenaga
– Pay at One Stop Centers such as the Post Office or Telekom Malaysia.
– TNB’s Auto-Pay Payment Facility, which will debit your credit card automatically
every month, based on the total electricity bill amount.
– TNB’s Direct Debit Bill Payment Facility, which will debit your bank account based
on the total of electricity bill amount.
– Pay your bills at the ATM through participating banks.
– Check your TNB account details through myTNB.
– Pay your bills over the counter at participating banks.
– Pay your TNB bills via the website of the respective participating banks.
– Make payments over the phone through selected banks.
– Mail your payment to us, either by cheque or by postal order.
– Pay your bills easily and quickly at selected Payquik Kiosks near you.
– Pay through registered Bank Agents.
