Balances cannot be transferred to other people or accounts (e.g. Podium) PROTECTING YOUR ID CARD and MEAL PLAN FUNDS You are financially responsible for any fraudulent use of your Munch Money account, so keep your card secure If your card is lost or stolen, immediately deactivate via UAlbanyID.com. Once disabled, the card cannot be used for purchases. If found, you can reactivate it online via UAlbanyID.com. You must purchase a new ID card. Please visit Campus Center B-52, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. A temporary card may be obtained at your Quad Office or UPD when the ID Card Office is closed If you allow someone else to use your card it will be confiscated and destroyed; you will have to purchase a new card TERMS & CONDITIONS I understand that this request takes precedence over any previous meal plan selection I have made. I understand that if I have selected a meal plan for which I am not eligible, I will be notified by a campus administrator and required to pick an eligible plan. I understand that Munch Money is non-refundable and non-transferrable and will be forfeit when I withdraw or after spring commencement; whichever comes first I have read and understand the Summer Meal Plan FAQ - copy available in the ID Card Office and at ualbanydining.com I understand that if I am charging to my student account, University at Albany Student Financial Services may use my Title IV (financial aid) funds, if I am entitled to any, to pay this charge, and I agree to pay the above amount within thirty (30) days of the student account billing date, even if I withdraw from the University at Albany. I understand that if payment is not made within thirty (30) days of the student account billing date, my academic records will be placed on hold, and late fee charges will be applied and may result in future collection activity.
