Cruising
Why our Guests Love it!
Tour Routes
We have developed a selection of cruises to destinations
throughout North America. We take care of the details, and offer
cruise prices that include an outside stateroom and shipboard
gratuities. During your cruise, a DeNure representative is
on-hand to assist you with any unexpected concerns that
may arise. To ensure that your cruise experience meets your
expectations, we have partnered with cruise lines that we feel
best suit our guests.
The maps on this page indicate the routing and departure points
for our vacations. If you live outside of the routing area indicated,
you may wish to take advantage of our Connections Program to
meet the coach. Please see page 4 for details.
For North American Touring Vacations by motorcoach, the routing
and U.S. border crossing depends on the first day’s destination.
The route for motorcoach tours is shown with each itinerary.

Spend time in cosmopolitan Montreal en route to your ship. While fall
foliage season in Quebec runs from about September to early November,
the Greater Montreal Area tends to peak the latest – so keep your cameras
ready as you travel!
While there, a guided city tour showcases historic Mont Royal, the pride
of Montrealers. It is the work of New York Central Park designer Frederick
Law Olmsted and offers a sprawling, leafy playground that’s perfect for any
outdoor activity. In fine weather, you can enjoy panoramic views from the
Kondiaronk Lookout.
Experience the charm of Old Montreal with its cobbled streets, charming
buildings and rich French heritage. Old Montreal is home to some of the
most delectable French patisseries and boutique food shops, many of which
are housed in old factories and showrooms from the 19th century.
Explore the commerce of St. Catherine Street. This historic area has been
home to many of Montreal’s prominent department stores, including former
iconic retailers such as Eaton’s, Morgan’s, Simpson’s and Dupuis Freres.
Today, the Morgan’s building is home to Hudson’s Bay Company, while
Eaton’s was converted to the Complexe Les Ailes. However, The Ogilvy’s
department store remains a fixture on St. Catherine Street, although it is
now a collection of boutiques rather than a single store.

Exploring Bermuda
Bermuda’s public transportation system features colourful ferries and island
buses that are easy to navigate. This helps to ensure that visitors can easily
explore all points of interest in just a few days. Here are a few tips for using
your included 2-day transportation pass for buses and ferries.
The island’s buses are frequent, plentiful and service most areas of interest.
You can’t miss them – they are painted pink with blue stripes! With 11 bus
routes, the transportation system has the entire island covered.
Photo courtesy of: Bermuda Tourism Authority.
All Bermuda bus stops are marked by poles painted – like the buses –
in pink and blue. They are all “request” stops which means that if no
passengers are waiting to get on or off at a particular stop, the bus driver
will not stop. If the pole by the bus stop is PINK, the bus will be travelling
towards the city of Hamilton. If the pole is BLUE, the bus will be travelling
away from Hamilton. If a bus passes you without stopping, it may be full.
Route 7 is the most popular route for visitors as it travels between King’s
Wharf and Hamilton. Along the way, the bus stops at some of the island’s
most popular beaches and major attractions such as the Gibbs Hill
Lighthouse and the Botanical Gardens.

England Cruise
9 Days
June 24, July 22, August 19, September 23, 2016
Step back in time while
travelling the route of
early explorers on this
cruise of Canada & New
England with Holland
America Line.
The easy and relaxed pace of this tour is ideal,
and from the ship’s deck you can take in the
astonishing natural beauty of New England and
Eastern Canada.
This cruise tour begins with a deluxe motorcoach
journey to Boston, allowing you the opportunity
to enjoy the scenery and companionship of your
fellow travellers along the way. Once in Boston,
board one of Holland America Line’s graceful
mid-sized ships, offering a generous amount of
personal space.
Your first port of call is Bar Harbor, ME, a
quintessential New England town. Explore this
summer resort for America’s wealthiest families.
Onward to Halifax, NS, the Gateway to Atlantic
Canada. Located on one of the greatest natural
harbours, Halifax has a lively waterfront, and is
adorned with landmarks like the Citadel fortress
and Pier 21, Canada’s Immigration Museum.
Cruise on to Nova Scotia’s highlands, where those
familiar with Celtic music will enjoy Cape Breton
Island, an area fiercely proud of its Scottish roots.
Quebec City, Quebec
The birthplace of Confederation is Charlottetown,
PEI, and here you will enjoy an exclusive excursion
designed specifically for DeNure guests.
Cruising along the Gulf of St. Lawrence, experience
a picture-postcard tour of the region. In Quebec
City, explore Old Town – a UNESCO World Heritage
Site – stone buildings and winding streets will make
you think you are in Europe. An exclusive DeNure
excursion helps you get the most of your visit.
Cosmopolitan Montreal is the end of your cruise,
and the DeNure coach will be waiting for you to
begin the journey home. Stop in the beautiful
Thousand Islands region of Ontario for lunch – a
perfect finish to this scenic and historic tour.

DeNureTours is pleased to include two excursions that have been
exclusively designed for DeNure guests and are not offered through Holland
America Line.
Charlottetown: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Travel to New Glasgow and sample the flavours of the Island with a visit to
the PEI Preserve Co. Housed in a renovated 1913 butter factory, visitors
can see, hear, smell, and taste Canada’s finest preserves being prepared
for market. Then, it’s off to Green Gables House, the home that inspired
Lucy Maud Montgomery’s story of a little red-haired orphan, now famous
throughout the world. In North Rustico, stop for a lobster lunch at the famed
Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant before returning to Charlottetown for a city
tour of this quaint and friendly capital.
Quebec City: 9:00am – 3:00pm
The history of the city comes alive during a city tour with a local guide
dressed in period costume to set the ambience. You will see historic venues
such as Place-Royale, the Plains of Abraham and the cobblestone streets
of Old Town. Journey just outside of the city and enjoy lunch in the historic
manor house that overlooks Montmorency Falls. The falls, at 272 feet high,
are the highest in the province of Quebec and are in fact 98 feet higher than
Niagara Falls. You can admire stunning views from the suspension bridge
over the Falls, the many lookout points or from a cable car ride. Return to
Quebec City and its fascinating Old Town where you’ll have free time before
you have to be back on board the ship.

Denuros
Travel Rewards
Our Way of Saying
Thanks!
When you travel with DeNureTours you automatically earn and
accumulate denuros as soon as you depart on your first trip.
All of the advantages of the denuros rewards program apply
regardless of whether you make your vacation plans through a
travel agent or with DeNureTours directly.
How it works
You earn denuros every time you travel with us. The number of
denuros you earn depends on the value of the trip you take. For
example, on a $2,000 trip, you would earn 100 denuros. Denuros
are offered on the tour price.
There is no expiry date for your denuros, they just continue to
accumulate with each trip you take. A denuro is worth $1. If you
accumulate 500 denuros, you have $500 in your account.
How do I know how many denuros I have?
Our records reflect your past travel history and we track your
denuro balance. You can check your balance by calling our office
or you can e-mail us at: [email protected].
Redeem your denuros for a 5% discount!
You can redeem denuros to reduce the price of your trip by 5%
up to a maximum of $100 per person – there is no need to watch
for special dates, you can simply redeem them whenever you
make your reservation.
Free trips!
Once you have accumulated enough to cover the entire cost of
a trip, you can use denuros as payment. There are a limited
number of seats held for this purpose, so we recommend you
book early.
Extra seat for more comfort
On our Winter Longstay vacations in Florida and Myrtle Beach,
you can redeem 250 denuros each way (500 denuros round
trip) to reserve an extra seat and enjoy a little more room as
you travel. There are a limited number of seats held for this
purpose, so be sure to book early if you are looking for an
extra seat.
Refer a friend
You can earn 50 denuros if you refer a friend to us, and they
take a DeNureTours vacation.
18
Special
denuro
promotions!
Throughout the year, you may
receive special denuro offers from
DeNureTours. These can include
awarding bonus denuros for booking
certain tours, or the opportunity to
redeem more than 5% of the
value of specified tours if you
book within a certain
time frame.
Payment &
Cancellation
Information
Payment
Once you have made a booking, payment is requested in advance
of travel. DeNureTours has the right to cancel your reservation
if payments are not received, and can withhold any payments
already made. Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, VISA or
MasterCard. A deposit holds your reservation and is requested
within 10 days of booking. See the chart below for deposit, final
payment requirements and cancellation charges.
After putting down a deposit to reserve your holiday, you can pay
off your balance in installments of your choosing, so long as the
balance is paid in full by the required date (see the chart below).
Cancellation Charges
There is a minimum $50 per person cancellation charge (see
chart below). If DeNureTours cancels a departure, all money is
refunded if no suitable alternative is chosen.
Cancellation charges will apply if you need to cancel your trip and
the amount of the charge is dependent upon the date you notify
us of your cancellation in relation to your departure date. If you
must cancel, please notify DeNureTours immediately to minimize
the cancellation penalties as shown in the chart below.
By purchasing Cancellation Insurance you can avoid penalties
in the event that a medical emergency causes you to cancel. If
you must leave your tour early, DeNureTours does not refund the
value of the unused portion of your trip.
Travel Agent fees and cancellation charges may also apply.
DeNureTours is not responsible for other travel arrangements
that your party has made outside the DeNure vacation, which are
affected by cancellation.
Changes
After your deposit has been received, any change to your
reservation incurs a $50 service fee per person. This is in addition
to any change/cancellation fees that may be imposed by other
parties such as airlines and cruise lines.

airfares, taxes, levies, exchange rates, and other considerations calculated at
the time of brochure production, August 1, 2015. All are subject to change.
No surcharges regarding cost or currency fluctuations will be made to the

Publication Errors
We try to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of printing. However,
typographical, illustrative, or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to
correct any errors without notice.
Our Responsibility
It is our intention to operate all tours as described. Operational situations
occasionally force changes and we reserve the right to make adjustments
where necessary.
We have made arrangements with independent parties beyond our direct
control to provide you with the travel services offered. We cannot be
responsible for the acts or omissions of these parties, or anyone other than
DeNureTours employees. DeNureTours reserves the right to make changes in
the published itinerary whenever conditions warrant, or if deemed necessary
for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour.
When travelling outside Canada, you may find different living standards,
practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and
accommodation.
DeNureTours will not be liable for any loss or damage, injury or death that
occurs as a result of government actions, terrorism, acts of God, late arrivals,
missed connections and other factors beyond our direct control. In the
event a departure must be cancelled or rescheduled, DeNureTours shall
have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the guest
to DeNureTours. DeNureTours does not accept liability for any carrier’s
cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline or
other ticket.
Travelling with Mobility Aids (walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, oxygen)
Please advise DeNureTours if you plan on travelling with a walker, wheelchair
or scooter. With advance notice, DeNureTours motorcoaches can be modified
to carry one scooter, and a limited number of wheelchairs and walkers. All are
accommodated on a first-come first-served basis. For their own protection,
DeNureTours staff is not permitted to provide assistance in lifting scooters or
guests. If you require assistance that cannot be provided by your travelling
companion, we will need to discontinue your trip.
Activity Buses in Longstay destinations: All mobility aids must be stored in the
lower storage areas of activity buses. Full dimensions of this compartment are
18” high, 48” wide, and 24” deep.
If you are travelling with oxygen, or require the assistance of a service dog,
special steps must be taken to prepare staff and fellow travellers, and even
adapting the motorcoach, and it is important that DeNureTours be notified at
the time of booking. If you require services of a personal nature such as eating,
toileting or dressing, you must travel with a companion who can provide such
20
assistance. Neither fellow guests, nor DeNureTours employees will be available
for such purpose. If you require special assistance that cannot be provided by
a person accompanying you, we may be unable to accept your reservation.
Guests must ensure they are capable of the physical demands of travel.
In accordance with the requirements of the “Accessibility for Ontarians with
Disabilities Act,” DeNureTours maintains an Accessible Customer Service
Plan. Details of this Plan can be found on our website (www.denuretours.
com) under the “Our Company” tab, or they are available upon request by
contacting our office.
Guest’s Responsibility
DeNureTours reserves the right to terminate the vacation (or remaining part
thereof) of any guest whose inappropriate actions or conduct adversely affects
others, including other guests, employees of DeNureTours, and employees
of partner establishments. A DeNureTours staff member will make that
determination, and if the vacation is terminated, there will be no refund for any
unused portion, and all costs of returning to the point of embarkation will be
borne by the guest.
DeNureTours reserves the right to deny your reservation. You must at all times
comply with the laws, customs, and drug regulations of countries visited.
Identification
Passports are required for all travel outside of Canada. For cruises and
overseas tours, your passport must be valid for 6 months after your
vacation return date and you may require visas. Different countries require
different citizenship documentation and although we will advise you of the
requirements, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper documentation.
Travelling within Canada requires government issued photo identification.
DeNureTours will not be responsible for passengers denied access to any
country, or for re-entry into Canada. To facilitate border crossing, please keep
your identification with you. Please note that entry into another country may be
refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
Obtaining and carrying these documents is your responsibility. DeNureTours
will not be responsible for obtaining required travel documentation for any
guest, or for delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your
vacation related to immigration related issues.
Connections Program
Depending on where you live, we assist with arrangements so you can
begin your vacation refreshed. Either a complimentary or subsidized taxi, a
complimentary pre-tour hotel, or a transportation credit is offered.
For guests travelling on a twin (double) fare, the same service is offered to
each partner whether it is a taxi fare from one address or sharing a hotel
room. For partners with different addresses, extra taxi charges will apply. If you
require accommodation upon your return, additional charges will apply. For
taxi fares outside the complimentary zone, a subsidized fare may be available.
All pre-tour hotels (except the Comfort Inn in Sarnia) offer complimentary
parking for up to 17 days for guests who stay the night prior to their trip.
The Connections Program is not included unless flights are booked through
DeNureTours.
Travelling by Motorcoach
The coach makes plenty of stops for you to stretch your legs, grab a bite to eat
and use the washroom. Our guests tell us that they appreciate the cleanliness
of our coaches, and in the past we have refrained from allowing any eating on
the coach. However, we now invite guests to eat packaged snacks providing
they are not dairy products or chocolate coated. Since the coach stops
regularly for meal stops, we ask that guests do not bring meal items on the
bus such as burgers, fries, pizza, subs or food that has a strong smell, and
that any drinks be in containers with screw-on lids. All coaches are washroom
equipped and regular comfort stops are made.
On all touring vacations, seating is subject to availability and is assigned on
a first-come, first-served basis. Single travellers are seated with other single
travellers. On Sunshine Express vacations, seats are assigned for both the
southbound and northbound portions of your trip, and although we try to avoid
changes, seat numbers could change before departure.
On touring vacations, DeNureTours employs a daily seat rotation system
that is designed to offer each guest different viewing positions from the
motorcoach. We do not set aside a special seat for those who do not wish to
take part in the rotation.
Important
Details
Flight Arrangements
On touring vacations that begin and/or end with a flight, transfers to your
first hotel from the airport, and from your last hotel to the airport are
complimentary for guests who purchase their airfare through DeNureTours.
If guests make their own flight arrangements, DeNureTours can assist with
transfer details, but there may be an additional cost. The Connections
Program is not included unless flights are booked through DeNureTours.
When booking a vacation that includes flights, your reservation will require
your full legal name as it is shown on government-issued identification. For
flights outside of Canada, we require your passport number, date it was
issued, where it was issued, and its expiry date. Once a flight is booked it is
non-refundable and any changes to name or details may not be possible or
may be charged penalties by the airline.
Many airlines now charge for pre-assigning seats. Where pre-assigned seats
are not offered, guests must contact the airline directly to arrange seating
assignment, and it may be subject to an additional fee. Seating is solely
under the airline’s control, as are itinerary changes due to flight delays and
scheduled changes. Flight delays, flight cancellations and schedule changes
are the responsibility of the airline. DeNureTours will not be responsible or
liable for such delays or rescheduling, or any additional charges that may be
involved. Special meal requests, where available on airlines, can be requested
at time of booking. DeNureTours cannot guarantee the request will be granted.
Luggage
On all vacations, one carry-on bag is permitted, with dimensions not exceeding
16”x 12”x 8”(40 x 30 x 20cm). On sightseeing vacations, a single piece of
luggage is allowed with dimensions not exceeding 30”x 18”x 10” (76 x 46 x
25cm) and weight not exceeding 50lbs (23kg). On Winter Longstay vacations,
two pieces of luggage are permitted. The tour price includes luggage handling
at all hotels upon arrival and at departure.
If your vacation involves a flight, you will be subject to the luggage size and
weight restrictions imposed by the air carrier. With your travel documents,
DeNureTours will advise you of the luggage restrictions and cost per checked
bag. Airline baggage fees may apply and are not included in the tour price.
Although DeNureTours staff is careful with your luggage, please ensure that
your luggage is in a condition sufficient to withstand the normal loading,
unloading and delivery process. DeNureTours does not accept liability for
damage to luggage such as: broken wheels or feet, lost pull straps, damage to
retractable luggage handles, or damage resulting from over-packing luggage.
Accommodation
The hotel names and cruise ships we have listed are published in good faith.
Occasionally, accommodation substitutions will be required and in such a
case, DeNureTours will provide a substitute of a similar or better standard
than those named. On North American touring vacations, where we may use a
number of different hotels in transit to our destination, hotels may be listed as
“TBA.” Please advise DeNureTours or your travel agent of any special requests
regarding accommodation at time of booking.
