There is a limited luggage capacity on the helicopter. Please kindly note that, for your extra luggages,
car transfer will be arranged as complimentary by the hotel. In this case, please note that your
luggage will be delivered to your rooms approximately one hour after your check in.

For departure transfers, over limited luggages will be sent to three hours in advance the helicopter
transfer time for Dalaman Airport departures; and three and half hours in advance the helicopter
transfer time for Bodrum Airport departures.

We would strongly suggest you like to take your valuable belongings; medicines etc. with you to
helicopter avoid any mischance.

Transfer requests for the different destinations besides Bodrum and Dalaman Airports will be checked
by reservation team upon your request due to distance, availability of landing helipad. Please kindly
note that for transfers to different landing/take off destinations, the guest will be informed regarding
helipad usage fee which will be extra charged.
